In Saverne and ready to go....

Phew, that was quite a journey - over 500 miles of driving plus a very slow ferry journey. We left Bournemouth at 05:00 this morning and got here at 19:15 ( French time) this evening. The motorway tolls were fun with me having to hop out of the car to work the machines! The car is garaged thanks to Marc, a Lyons Club contact of Steve's, and we are poised to start the ride in the morning. It did occur to me that if we were proper hardcore we would have ridden down here to start the ride 😉
